The AI rules you answer to are not one rulebook.

If your business uses AI in hiring, lending, chatbots, content or profiling, the obligations are arriving fast and they differ by market. PrivMatrix scans what you actually do, flags the high-risk uses, and builds a governance pack for every market you operate in.

Where it applies

If any of this sounds like you, you are already in scope.

Regulators care most about AI that makes or shapes decisions about people. We detect these from your website and let you add anything we miss.

The difference

A generic "AI policy" template will not survive a regulator's questions.

Your PrivMatrix AI pack, not a download.

A downloaded AI policy is one EU-shaped document, silent on the DIFC, ADGM, Saudi and Indian rules you also face - and it never tells you which of your own AI uses are the high-risk ones. We build the real thing instead.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is this legal advice?+

No. PrivMatrix gives you working drafts, built from your answers and tuned to each market. It is a strong, specialist-informed starting point. We recommend an independent review before you rely on the documents, and every one says so.

How do you know which of my AI uses are high-risk?+

We scan your website and map your products and services to a use-case taxonomy. Uses that regulators treat as high-risk - hiring, lending, insurance, biometrics and similar - are flagged and seeded into your risk assessment. You can add or remove anything by hand.

Is my data sent to a third-party AI?+

No. The scan and classification run in-house on our own infrastructure using a rules-first model. Your business information is not sent to an external AI service.

Which markets do you cover?+

The EU AI Act, the UK, the UAE (federal, DIFC and ADGM), Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India, with more added over time. The grades reflect our current provisional research and are reviewed against primary sources; we recommend counsel review before commercial reliance.

Do I need a privacy pack too?+

They complement each other. Many AI obligations sit on top of privacy law. You can buy the AI pack on its own, or alongside a privacy compliance pack.
