PrivMatrix gives an automated readiness indication from your own answers and, on the paid tiers, generates practical data-protection and AI-governance documents tuned to the markets you select. It is a professional tool and a set of deliverables. It is not legal advice, not a certification, and not a substitute for a formal audit or for advice from a qualified lawyer. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them.
The AI-governance pack is generated from the AI use-cases we detect from your website and the ones you add, together with your answers. Any website scan and classification runs on our own infrastructure using a rules-first model; your business information is not sent to a third-party AI service. AI law is new and moving quickly, so the market-by-market grades in the AI pack are provisional and subject to change, and we recommend review by qualified counsel before you rely on them commercially. You remain responsible for how you deploy AI and for meeting the obligations that apply to you.
The quality of what we generate depends on the accuracy of your answers. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep any account credentials secure.
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and are exclusive of any applicable tax unless stated. Payment is taken through our payment processor, Stripe. The Automated Pack is a one-off purchase; the optional keep-current plan renews until cancelled.
The Automated Pack is a digital deliverable generated on demand, and Full Service is bespoke professional work. For these reasons payments are non-refundable. If a delivered pack contains a genuine defect, tell us and we will correct it. You may cancel the keep-current subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund.
On payment, we grant you a licence to use the generated documents within your own business for your own compliance. You may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone product except under a separate partner or white-label agreement with us.
Referral, reseller and white-label partners are governed by the separate partner terms agreed when a partner account is activated, including commission, wholesale and branding conditions.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service or any deliverable is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for regulatory outcomes that depend on your own implementation and decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top shows the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have locally.
